3.Machine setup: Prepare the CNC machine and ensure that the materials and necessary tools are installed and in good working condition.SmartekMech machines employ the BMT driven cnc tool turret series to achieve a rapid tool change for a cycle (from 1# to 12# tools) within 8 seconds.SmartekMech machines have more stable toollocking mode,a repeatability of ± 0.002mm,and a positioning accuracy of ± 0.005mm.
