It is a universal machine tool with the most widely used, belonging to one of the large and wide machine tools, its working performance is mainly boring and milling, but also can be drilled, reaming, milling and other processes of processing, especially suitable for processing porous system, hole spacing requirements more accurate box parts, frame class, mold class parts processing, the workpiece after a clamping, Automatically complete milling, boring, drilling, reaming, milling, tapping and other processes.

It can realize six-axis control, four-axis linkage, arc interpolation and 3D surface machining. With milling head, flat rotating disc and other accessories, so as to expand the processing capacity of the machine.

Machine Characteristics

Bed castings are HT300 m Hanna material
Natural aging is used for stress relief by secondary annealing
Machine achieves high rigidity and stable machining accuracy.
Moving column type Boring & Milling Machining Center, boring shaft diameter selected 110mm/130mm two specifications, spindle speed 2500rpm, with high torque two-stage gear drive automatic transmission, large output torque.

Workbench (Independently Developed Patent Products)

Renishaw laser detector is used to detect the accuracy of the turntable. The segmentation accuracy of the table is 0.001°, the automatic oil pressure locking positioning, and the locking force is large.
1. Internal reinforced structure, strong bearing capacity, internal structure using high-precision ring bearing ring as plane support, with precision shovel flowers to truly realize heavy-duty, high-precision machining tool.
2. The B-axis adopts servomotor and gear drive, double-lead worm drives helical worm gear to achieve good back backlash compensation, B-axis is equipped with grating, digital information feedback is agile, and repeated positioning accuracy is high.

Spindle & Spindle Box

1. Spindle box adopts high strength, high rigidity cage type and keel rib structure design, spindle drive adopts imported BF gear box.
2. The boring shaft push-pull seat adopts two groups of angular contact ball bearings to increase the support rigidity of the boring bar, with small eccentric torque and strong radial bearing capacity.
3. The steel sleeve at both ends of the spindle has automatic lubrication device, so that the boring bar to maintain continuous lubrication is not easy to rust, not easy to wear, the load is small and stable

Column

The column mobile heavy cutting structure, the column guide rail adopts rectangular hard rail design, the surface of the guide rail through high frequency heat treatment, surface hardness HRC55d°, high precision surface grinding treatment, the full stroke straightness within 15µm, the sliding surface is pasted with Italian 1.2mm wear plate, making the surface of the guide rail more smooth and wear-resistant. The widened hard rail design ensures that the machine provides the resistance and stability required for heavy cutting.

X-axis Z-axis

X axis and Z axis are two heavy-duty roller linear guides with large span.
With the heavy load series of sliders, X-axis is equipped with 6/8 sliders, Z-axis is equipped with 8 sliders, which has strong heavy load capacity and achieves high precision machining.
