The TK6922 series machine tools are state-of-the-art heavy-duty CNC milling and boring machines designed by our company, drawing on the strengths of similar domestic and international machine tools. These machines utilize sophisticated technologies such as constant-current hydrostatic guideways and a dual-motor rack-and-pinion drive. Equipped with the Siemens ONE CNC system, these machines boast high machining capabilities. They can accommodate a variety of special accessories, including right-angle milling heads, universal milling heads, extended milling heads, and flat-bed milling heads. They can process five surfaces in a single setup. In addition to their powerful milling, boring, and drilling capabilities, they can also perform threading and turning. They are ideal equipment for industries such as energy, metallurgy, shipbuilding, and heavy machinery, meeting the demands for high-efficiency, high-precision machining. They offer balanced technical specifications and excellent overall performance.
Structural form
This machine tool features two sets of mobile units, consisting of a slide, column, headstock, and control system, arranged on a common bed guideway. Each unit features a single-column layout with a side-mounted headstock, a movable siding pillow, and a horizontal spindle arrangement. The square siding pillow moves horizontally within the enclosed square hole of the headstock. A high-precision CNC rotary table is located on the right side, and accessory magazines are positioned appropriately between the two columns, accommodating two headstocks.
Purpose
Primarily used in the machinery industry for heavy-duty cutting and rough and fine machining of various materials, including ferrous and nonferrous metals and steel castings, it can perform boring, milling, drilling, reaming, rigid tapping, annular grooving, and thread milling. A milling cutter can be mounted on the spindle end, enabling machining of workpiece cavities, inner cavity sides, inner cavity holes, and large end face seams.
