Its main components and structure have been optimized, making it the preferred machine for machining shafts, discs, sleeves, special-shaped surfaces, and screws. It can also process end faces, external diameters, tapers, grooves, arcs, and metric, imperial, modular, and diametral-pitch threads on shafts and discs.

The CK61250x10m/63t CNC Heavy-duty Horizontal Lathe is a new model developed by our company based on standard CNC horizontal lathes specifically for large-diameter rotating parts. It features high precision, high power, high rigidity, sophisticated manufacturing, comprehensive functions, and a high degree of automation. Its main components and structure have been optimized, making it the preferred machine for machining shafts, discs, sleeves, special-shaped surfaces, and screws. It can also process end faces, external diameters, tapers, grooves, arcs, and metric, imperial, modular, and diametral-pitch threads on shafts and discs.


This machine primarily consists of a bed, spindle box, tailstock, saddle tool post, CNC system, automatic chip conveyor, travel table, closed steady rest, hydraulic system, and electrical control. The tailstock and closed steady rest move on workpiece guide rails, while the saddle moves on tool post and bed guide rails. A chip conveyor is built into the foundation, and the tool post and tailstock are equipped with chain support devices. The spindle utilizes a dual-support structure, providing excellent rigidity and high torque output. Each machine component has its own oil pump for forced lubrication. Both the tailstock and toolholder feature rapid traverse and terminal safety features. The tailstock upper body is internally mounted, and its entire movement utilizes a motorized mechanism. The machine's speed, feed rate, and power characteristics are optimally designed to meet the demands of roughing and finishing. The machine boasts strong rigidity, high efficiency, energy efficiency, safety, reliability, ease of operation, and aesthetically pleasing design.


The CNC system uses the imported SINUMERIK ONE (dual-channel) CNC system from SIEMENS, Germany, along with a fully digital AC servo system and motor. The turning main motion utilizes automatic stepless speed change, with two linked control axes. The X-axis utilizes a built-in encoder for semi-closed-loop control, while the Z-axis utilizes a grating scale for full closed-loop control. The ball screw pair utilizes precision ball screws, ensuring excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability. The tool turret is a twelve-position electric turret. The machine is also equipped with lighting and other accessories.
