CW61140L Heavy Duty Lathe can undertake various turning work. Such as turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces and other rotating surfaces and end faces, turning various common threads: metric threads, imperial threads, etc.
The machine tool adopts an integrated flat bed, which is easy to operate and adjust, and is conducive to chip removal and workpiece loading and unloading. The bed adopts HT300 integral casting structure bed, with a bed width of 1100mm and a "mountain-flat" guide rail structure. The internal rib layout of the bed is reasonable, with high rigidity, which can fully guarantee the stability of the machine tool when cutting large-diameter parts. The bed adopts medium-frequency quenching, which has the characteristics of high hardness and deep hardening layer. The anti-crawling guide plate is used on the sliding guide surface to make the dynamic characteristics of the feed system such as stiffness and friction damping coefficient in the best state, avoiding the occurrence of low-speed crawling.
The spindle structure of the machine tool adopts rolling bearings, and the spindle head is a short cone flange structure. Rolling bearing: The axial positioning bearing of the spindle is installed on the front fulcrum of the spindle. The clearance of the double-row ball bearing of the entire front fulcrum can be adjusted by nut 2, and the clearance of the axial positioning bearing can be adjusted by nut 1.
The tailstock adopts an upper and lower split structure. The lower body is equipped with a tailstock fast moving mechanism, using a tailstock pressure pack, and the motor drives the tailstock to move in the Z direction through the rack, with a stop mechanism and lubrication, etc. In the upper body of the tailstock, the tailstock spindle adopts a rotary structure, and the front end of the tailstock rotating sleeve spindle is supported on a double-row radial roller bearing. When the workpiece rotates at high speed, the rotation of the center and tailstock sleeve is realized, which has good support and effectively prevents deformation caused by heat.
