4 Control system configuration and requirements
KND2100 CNC system is used (Optional FANUC, Siemens system), which can perform three-axis linkage control and set alarm indicator lights.
Servo control module and three-axis motor are KND products.
Control system power supply is equipped with protection device.
Electric control cabinet is fully sealed and equipped with heat exchanger.
10.4-inch TFT true color screen.
CF card interface, Chinese/English display, RS232 interface (DNC transmission is possible).
Hand-cranked pulse generator.
5 Main parts description
Column, bed, beam, workbench, milling head box are all made of resin sand high-strength casting structure.
X/Y/Z three-way screw adopts precision ball screw.
X direction is flat-V-shaped quenched plastic guide rail; Y direction is rectangular quenched guide rail; Z direction is rectangular guide rail.
X/Y/Z feed screw bearings are NSK grade.
The feed motors all use AC servo and are equipped with overload and overheat electrical protection functions.
The X/Y/Z feed mechanism has a reliable limit overtravel insurance control device.
The bed rails and beam rails use metal protective covers, and the column rails use accordion-type protective covers.
