Main features of the machine tool
1. The center of the machine tool is used for machining and profiling of various types of wheelsets. It features functions such as automatic wheel inspection and measurement, cutting and profiling, data recording and storage, data printing, fault diagnosis, chip breaking and conveying, and automatic lubrication.
2. The machine tool is controlled by a CNC system, which has the function of programming the contour shape curves of different wheel sets.
3. The machine tool uses friction rollers as the main transmission, driving the wheel tread of the friction wheel set to drive the wheel. Its characteristics are that the machine tool can quickly load and unload the wheel set, with high processing accuracy and significant efficiency. It can meet the functions of cutting, profiling, detection and measurement, data collection and collation, editing, printing, and remote management of data for wheels of various diameters and contour shapes.
4. The gantry wheel lathe is specially used for rapid cutting, profiling, detection and measurement of wheelsets and brake discs removed from railway locomotives, vehicles, and subway trains. The gantry structure allows the wheelsets to be loaded and unloaded from both sides of the machine tool, forming an assembly line operation. This structure is currently the most advanced wheel drop processing equipment at home and abroad.
