The processing principle of the machine tool is to trim the cross section of the grinding wheel shaft into a cross section that is suitable for the gear tooth groove, and process the gear by forming method. The machine tool has the following performance advantages:


High grinding efficiency.

① Except for the time of indexing and dressing the grinding wheel, the time of the machine tool is effective grinding time, which improves efficiency.

② The processing principle of the forming grinding wheel gear grinder is to trim the grinding wheel section into a cross section that is compatible with the gear tooth groove, and process the gear by the forming method. The grinding wheel section and the gear grinding contact area are increased relative to the conical grinding wheel gear grinder, and the grinding volume per unit time is increased, which improves efficiency.

High processing accuracy.

The machine tool uses QCNC6850 CNC system, and is equipped with high-precision motion components, position detection components and control components (see the "Main Imported Parts List" at the end of the article for details). The machine tool is relatively simple and stable when working, without impact, thus achieving high machine tool motion accuracy. The tooth profile accuracy is difficult to control in gear processing accuracy, and the main factor affecting the tooth profile accuracy is the grinding wheel dressing accuracy. For this reason, the machine tool has carried out a refined design in the structure of the CNC grinding wheel dresser. Coupled with the precise correction of the software system, the grinding wheel dressing accuracy is much higher than the workpiece processing accuracy, which improves the tooth profile processing accuracy of the forming grinding wheel gear grinder and can realize the grinding of various special tooth profiles.
